"This programme is for people with ideas or problems that they would like to solve but don't know how to move forward..."
Hear what our past participants thought of the Ideas You Can Execute programme...
"So I came to Nat with nothing, I just had an idea and didn't know where to start really... The best thing I got out of the course is having Nat as a mentor and someone to hold me accountable and making sure that I actually got work done... You're becoming not only a part of a programme, you're becoming part of a community and you're getting a mentor, networking, so much value for what you're paying so it's definitely worth the investment.... I've managed to take an idea and basically launching it this week."
"Before it was just an idea and just an idea is nothing... The main thing is that we are now more confident with our business because we know we have the whole process... it's really important and before I didn't know that... (it's) really really good to network (with the other programme members), and you can compare your idea with the others as well and everyone is really helpful so it's really nice... Now we are just a month to launch our website, our platform"

Q. How much time do I need to commit to the programme?
A. We recommend committing a minimum of 10 hours per week. The programme is designed to fit around a full time job, so it’s manageable for people who are still working.
Q. What if I don’t have an idea yet, but want to start a business?
A. That’s ok, this programme will teach you how to identify business idea opportunities, so it’s a good place to start.
Q. Do I have to be in Auckland to do this programme?
A. Nope, it’s all run online, including the mentor sessions, so you can be anywhere in the world.
Q. What are the outcomes of the programme?
A. By completing this programme you will: (1) develop a better understanding of yourself and what you care about. Even if you don’t end up starting a business, this alone will help you to make significantly better decisions about your future; (2) you’ll know how to communicate an idea in a compelling way; (3) you’ll know how to validate and idea, to find out if it’s something worth pursuing, and; (4) you’ll have a much better idea of the process of starting a business, which you can apply to any idea.
Q. How do the one-on-one mentor sessions work?
A. You have three one-on-one mentor sessions to use within the programme duration. You can book these at a time that suits you and the mentor. There will be time in the evenings to book sessions, if you work during the day.
Q. Why is this programme oriented at women, and what if I’m not a women?
A. We’re testing running cohorts targeting distinct groups, to see if this has an impact on the value participants get out of the programme. If you don’t feel that you’re a fit for this cohort, we’ll be running plenty more. Let us know who you are and what you’re interested in here, so we can launch a cohort with people similar to you.
If you're interested in joining the next intake for this program, register your interest here and we’ll be in touch to let you know the next steps. You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions and collect all the information you need to find out if the program is right for you.
